To schedule an appointment for yourself or a family member, call 612-844-0753 or email [email protected].

Our Office Manager will schedule your appointment and send you a confirmation email. If this is your initial appointment, you will be required to provide a phone number and email address which will be used to send your reminders prior to your scheduled appointment.

In your initial confirmation email it will include a questionnaire and several consent forms. Please note that theses forms must be filled out 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Remote Appointments

Remote appointments are conducted over the phone or virtually using video on the internet.  Remote appointments are not new to Opulent Natural Health as we have been conducting remote appointments with clients in other states and countries for years.

If you would like to schedule a Remote Quantum BioEnergetic Assessment Appointment, we will update our file to include a hair sample and ask that you place 3 strands of hair from your head into a plastic zip lock bag with your name and date printed on it.  Then mail the zip lock bag with 3 hairs (as well as family members hair samples in separate zip lock bags) in an envelope to our office:

Quantum BioEnergetic Assessment (Remote or Inperson)  
  • Initial appointments are approximately 90 minutes at the rate of $360
  • Follow-Up appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes at the rate of $228
  • Supplements and Homeopathic Remedies are not included in the cost of the appointment

Dynamic Body Balancing - Cranial Sacral
  • Initial  and Follow up appointments are approximately 45 minutes at the rate of $228
  • Supplements and Homeopathic Remedies are not included in the cost of the appointment

Trauma Release Therapy - TRT
  • One 45 minutes session is $228
  • Supplements and Homeopathic Remedies are not included in the cost of the appointment

Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy - QNRT​
  • Initial and Follow-Up appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes at the rate of $228

Good To Know Before Your Appointment

The Quantum BioEnergetic Assessment audits your energy field, organs and functions of the body. Please note this audit may include taking readings on your hands and feet, therefore you may be asked to remove your shoes and socks during the appointment. You are encouraged to bring medications, supplements, homeopathic or herbal remedies you are currently taking to your appointment. ​

​If your scheduled appointment is for the Photon Stress Relief Therapy, wear loose comfortable clothing. You will not be undressing to use this technology; however, we place the wants onto bare skin supporting the lymphatic system. Afterwards make sure to drink plenty of water as this has been known to assist in lymphatic drainage.

Please advise how you wish to obtain your supplements, either pick-up or delivery.  If pick-up, please advise when you plan to stop by the Bloomington Office.  If you prefer delivery, standard USPS shipping and handling charges do apply per package based on weight.

Payment

​We accept Cash, Check, and certain Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) for appointments or purchasing product. All appointments must be paid in full at time of service. We do not currently accept insurance of any kind.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 48-business hour cancel policy. Our standard business days of operation is Monday through Thursday (closed Friday through Sunday). If you need to cancel your appointment for a Monday, you must let us know by Phone/Text/Email the Wednesday prior to not incur a cancellation fee.
 
You will receive automated reminders by Email & Text Message in advance of your appointment to help you with scheduling to help avoid the need to cancel your appointment.  If you cannot make your appointment in person as it was scheduled, your appointment will be transitioned to be a remote appointment. If you are unable to attend a remote appointment and need to completely cancel the time slot of your appointment, you will be charged the appointment fee.
 
The sooner we are made aware, the better we can assist to accommodate your schedule changes. 

Product Return/​Exchange Policy

All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be permitted. 

​Punctuality Policy

If you are late to your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost even if your appointment is shortened. Please allow for enough time to manage traffic irregularities and if you happen to be running late, please call so we are aware of the delayed arrival.
