Our Office Manager, Lisa Bouta will schedule your appointment and send you a confirmation email. If this is your initial appointment, you will be required to provide a phone number and email address which will be used to send your reminders prior to your scheduled appointment. Lisa will also email you three documents that we appreciate your support in completing prior to your initial appointment. |
Remote Appointments
Remote appointments are conducted over the phone or by video on the internet. The appointment is similar to an in-person appointment yet instead of taking readings on your hands and feet, we are able to assess using a hair sample. Remote appointments are not new to Opulent Natural Health as we have been conducting remote appointments with clients in other states and countries for years.
If you would like to schedule a Remote BioEnergetic Assessment Appointment, we will update our file to include a hair sample and ask that you place 3 strands of hair from your head into a plastic zip lock bag with your name and date printed on it. Then mail the zip lock bag with 3 hairs (as well as family members hair samples in separate zip lock bags) in an envelope to our office:

Good To Know Before Your Appointment
The BioEnergetic Assessment takes readings on your hands and feet, therefore you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks during the appointment. You are encouraged to bring medications, supplements, homeopathic or herbal remedies you are currently taking to your appointment.
If your scheduled appointment is for the Stress Relief Therapy, wear loose comfortable clothing. You will not be undressing to use this technology yet we will need access to place the wands onto bare skin (in other words under your shirt). Afterwards make sure to drink plenty of water as this has been known to assist in lymphatic drainage.

Re-Ordering Supplements

Please advise how you wish to obtain your supplements, either pick-up or delivery. If pick-up, please advise when you plan to stop by the Bloomington Office. If you prefer delivery, standard USPS shipping and handling charges do apply per package based on weight.

Payment
We accept Cash, Check, and certain Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) for appointments or purchasing product. All appointments must be paid in full at time of service. We do not currently accept insurance of any kind.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 48-business hour cancel policy. If you cancel your appointment in less than 48-business hours, you will be charged the full fee of your appointment. You will receive an automated reminder in advance of your appointment to help avoid such an occurrence.
Product Return/Exchange Policy
All sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be permitted.
Punctuality Policy
If you are late to your appointment, you will be responsible for the full cost even if your appointment is shortened. Please allow for enough time to manage traffic irregularities and if you happen to be running late, please call so we are aware of the delayed arrival.
COVID-19 Prepardness Plan
Opulent Natural Health is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our practice partners and our clients. To ensure we have a safe and healthy workplace, we have developed the following COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to mitigate the potential for transmission of COVID-19 in our workplaces and communities and we ask that you work alongside us in achieving this goal.
Our clients are most important assets. We are serious about safety and healthy and keeping our clients safe. Our COVID-19 Preparedness plan follows Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines, federal OSHA standards related to COVID-19 and Executive Order 20-48, and addresses:
Screening and policies
All practitioners working within Opulent Natural Health are self monitoring signs and symptoms of COVID-19. The following policies and procedures are being implemented to assess workers health status prior to entering the workplace and for workers to report when they are sick or experiencing symptoms. Staff will continue to monitor self if feeling symptoms of illness and will promptly reschedule clients as a result.
Hand washing
Hand washing has always been and will continue to be a top priority as the most beneficial form of infection prevention. Staff washes hands upon arrival, before and after each client and washes their hands for at lease 20 seconds with soap and water. All customers and visitors to the workplace will be required to wash or sanitized their hands prior to or immediately upon entering the facility. Hand-sanitizer dispensers are at the entrances of the building so they can be used for hand hygiene in place of soap and water, as long as hands are not visibly soiled.
Respiratory Etiquette: Covering you cough or sneeze
This one is simple. Please wear a mask to enter the building and in office. Should you have concerns or health issues that cause you to be unable to wear a mask, please reach out to me. I will work with you for your safety and the safety of the office.
Social Distancing and Sanitizing
For obvious reasons, social distancing during an in person Biofeedback or Quantum Neurological Reset Therapy-QNRT appointments are difficult to achieve being that it is a hands-on service. However, we do offer Remote Biofeedback Appointments which are conduced over the phone or by zoom. We believe that our other planned steps are enough to mitigate transmission of disease (wearing masks, sanitizing, and hand washing, etc.)
Surfaces touched during a session are sanitized before and after every client on pens, chairs, desk, cabinets, and any other surface possibly touched during the session. All towels used in the office are all washed on the hottest setting. And of course, all gloves, ramekins of water and towels are changed between every client.
Please arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Time between appointment allows sufficient time for sanitizing.
